HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas.  Our average shipping time to the US is between 10 to 20 days. Our average shipping time for Australia, Canada and New Zealand orders is between 21 and 40 days. In most cases shipping will take less than that and in some exceptional cases it may take longer.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number through an extra e-mail after the product was shipped. During your waiting time you can always track your order by typing the tracking number into the field under "Track Order" site. Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products.

 

INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not always include a tracking number outside the United States.  They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.

 

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. All orders are confirmed via email.

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION

Some of our FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might be required to place another order.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at info@trendheaven.shop as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.

 

I HAVE A QUESTION ON MY ORDER OR ON YOUR STORE THAT IS NOT YET ANSWERED HERE, HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Please email us at info@trendheaven.shop and we will respond within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Yes, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
